Providing teams with automated data silo discovery and data classification without the enterprise cost
Customer problems & Project overview
Our customers need to be able to generate a report to regulators showing how they're handling their customer's personal data. In the industry this report is commonly referred to as a ROPA, which comes from the law that requires it- "Record of Processing Act".
We found that since we had a very accurate and up to date map of our customer's systems and personal data, it was just a matter of allowing for the right level of organization of that information and adding in some new categorization methods necessary for the report to save a ton of our customer's time.
I saw the Project from start to finish. A lot of interaction patterns used across other projects, and our design system assets stemmed from ROPA.
